Great customer service! From coming out to give me a quote, to completing the work, they have been wonderful to work with. Always trying to be fair and saving me money when they can. Phil and Carson were out yesterday to fix some plumbing under the house and did a great job.

Great experience! Great service! Well worth the money! First thing this morning I got a text with the plumber’s photo and a tracking map that showed the technician’s van location and an estimated arrival time. This took away the stress out of wondering when he’d show up. Randy showed up on time, he inspected the job, explained what needed to be done and provided a comprehensive quote.

It’s always nerve wracking to have a water leak in your walls. Frankie came out promptly and was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and gave us estimates for different scenarios. He fixed our problem quickly, gave us additional quotes for future upgrades, and guidance on issues we might encounter with our current plumbing. We felt very comfortable with him and will be using D&F for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks Frankie!

D&F Plumbing was very responsive & had my non-emergency broken pipe scheduled quickly. (same week) They gave me a time frame for arrival, sent an appointment reminder text as well as a text to let me know when the specialist was on their way. Matthew was thorough & friendly. There was a piece for the repair that he didn't have in his van, but another team member came by with it while the work was underway and there was no delay. Great teamwork! I hope I don't need a plumber again, but I WILL call on them should another issue come up.

I chose D&F Plumbing due to a busted pipe in my garage from the ice storm. I had initially made an appointment with a different company who cancelled my appointment without notice 2 different times. Our water had been off for 8 days and D&F was able to schedule an emergency appointment to get the water back as well as a follow up appointment once the demo in the garage was done. I have to say that the service level both times was outstanding. From the front office to the actual work, everyone was fantastic and went above and beyond. I highly recommend D&F Plumbing and would definitely use them again in the future. A big shout out to David Brightman. He went above and beyond and was great to work with. Thanks for everything!

I have used D&F plumbing for a couple of years now and I’m always pleased. They are a high quality, responsive and professional business. Last week John Hurst came out and what I thought was a big deal he fixed in 30 minutes. He’s also a delight. These guys are always top notch!

Fantastic technician (Thomas) who diagnosed the furnace problem correctly - even though it was very unusual! And - then was able to pull through and find the part, get it under warranty, and come back to install it, all on the same day. That is amazing service, we were very thankful in this really cold weather. We've used D&F for plumbing and had a wonderful experience. And, again, with the furnace repair. This is a really great company, we highly recommend!

Matthew Orser was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. He really tried to find and fix our old furnace and when he couldn’t he found a good product and installed it the next day. He came with Thomas Alsop to install the new furnace they cleaned and hauled away everything and left our basement clean. Matt was also kind and friendly. My wife & I always get at least three bids for any project we do. D & F ended up be our first choice, not just because of the cost, which was not the lowest, but because of the professionalism, knowledge and honesty with us. One of the other companies, we checked, added quite a few additional repairs in their bid. We were pretty sure it wasn’t necessary, and D & F confirmed that with their inspection and bid for the project. The installation was not an easy one, with extremely tight quarters to work with and having to redo the intake piping and exhaust system. Both Mathew and Thomas worked feverishly to get the job done. Even with the difficulties they almost always had smiles on their faces. Well done to both of them. We are extremely grateful for their determination and attitude during the whole process and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Matthew and Thomas really helped us out when our house was down to 53 degrees and our HVAC had finally given up. They were incredibly nice and professional. They were also knowledgeable and informative. I will be calling back for any further assistance I need in the future.
