The service person, Shawn, was super friendly and upbeat. Sometimes plumbers are crabby, but not Shawn, and it showed he really enjoyed doing his job. He did some maintenance on the men's urinal, which was leaking down the wall when flushed. He was very professional and had the toilet up and running a little over an hour.
