Matt showed up in Plaid right on time at the early range of his schedule. This was important because Inhad to get back to my wife in the hospital! He fixed our initial problem and also two additional things that needed his attention - D & F is my go - to for all my residential plumbing needs.

Bret was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and thoughtfully answered all my questions and concerns. He was also very transparent with pricing. He gave me some suggestions to think about beyond our immediate need to clear a bath tub drain. O would definitely work with Bret again.

John was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He was able to fix and mess of shoddy plumbing under our kitchen sink and install a new garbage disposal. Very happy and will definitely hire again!Update: Forgot to mention that John was able to get out to me a week earlier than the four other places I called.

Bret was right on time, very courteous and got right to work. Figured out where our problem was and fixed it with no issues. He finished the job in no time at all, cleaned up leaving no mess what so ever. He was very nice, answered all our questions and gave us some suggestions on how to prevent this in the future.

Phil is an amazing journeyman plumber! His professionalism and wisdom together with the diligence and patience he displayed, taking time to explain what was causing my bathroom commode problem was very much appreciated. I felt informed and was able to make the best choice among options he presented to get the problem fixed. I learned more from him about the plumbing problem and solutions in 5 minutes than in a series of calls over many years. He fixed the problem in short order, got everything working just the way it was supposed to work. Phil is excellent representative of the D&F Plumbing company and I am thankful and blessed that he is the one that was dispatched to diagnose and fix the problem.

Jason answered our call about our concern for water run-off from our water heater. He did a very professional job in explaining that we did NOT have an emergency, so we should contact the manufacturer to handle the repair or replacement of the water heater. Jason was a very good educator and outlined the steps to take to contact the manufacturer and request a repair under warranty. Jason also sent an email recapping the steps we needed to follow to address our issue. He was so personable and nice to do business with! We have used D&F plumbing for years and highly recommend them to others. Thanks, Jason!

Robert was fantastic to work with. He was professional and efficient in getting our job done. The scope of work changed during the project and he quickly assessed the new issues and got everything done for us and even improved things we hadn’t asked for but with his expert eye saw things could have originally been done more efficiently. Highly recommend him and D &F Plumbing.

Great customer service! From coming out to give me a quote, to completing the work, they have been wonderful to work with. Always trying to be fair and saving me money when they can. Phil and Carson were out yesterday to fix some plumbing under the house and did a great job. They even identified a few other things that could have been a problem once they were replacing the pipes. They already had the parts needed, so they fixed the newly identified issue free of charge. They also helped me with a broken shower faucet that was not included in the original quote. Easy saving me hundreds of dollars in additional charges. I am very happy with the service I received from D&F Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and will be using them again when needed in the future. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great experience! Great service! Well worth the money! First thing this morning I got a text with the plumber’s photo and a tracking map that showed the technician’s van location and an estimated arrival time. This took away the stress out of wondering when he’d show up. Randy showed up on time, he inspected the job, explained what needed to be done and provided a comprehensive quote. Then he fixed all the things that needed to be done. He kindly checked in during the repair and explained what he was doing as he did it. He also made some recommendations for future upgrades, which I appreciated. He was friendly, efficient and cleaned up the work area when he was done. I am very happy with the service and think you will be too. If you want your plumbing problem solved and fixed right the first time, these are the plumbers you’ve been looking for.

Frankie did a fantastic job in fixing my cracked faucet pipe. He clearly went through everything and there were no surprises. And, D&F was great to work with in regards to scheduling the repair. Great communication and the service tech tracking feature is very useful. Highly satisfied and would recommend. I plan to use them for some future work.

I called D and F on Christmas Eve Eve and a very nice lady set me up with an appointment for Christmas Eve. We had a broken pipe in the outside wall of our home and had the water main turned off.Ben came out at 2:00 and promptly diagnosed the water leak which was up in the alcove of our breezeway by the garage. Luckily it caused no damage to to inside of our home. Ben was great, he was able to cut a hole in the ceiling of the cove and reach in and find the break. He was professionally yet kind and considerate of our stress level as this was on Christmas Eve. We were quoted at first a large sum 3-6,000 possibly but after he found the break the cost was lowered because it was easier to fix. Because it was on a holiday it was spendy, twice the price 2600$ but Ben worked quickly and the quality was perfect. Normally the cost would be lower but on a holiday it was more. We were so relieved that he could fix the pipe break so we were able to enjoy our holiday. I would call them again. Hopefully not on a holiday. BTW. D and F was the only company that would come out on the holiday. We called 5 companies. Thank you Thank you D and F and Ben.

D&F Plumbing saved us after multiple other plumbers failed to replace a failed water heater. They came out quickly (next day) and even provided us tracking so we knew exactly when to expect service. Robert was fantastic to work with, friendly, very knowledgeable about the industry and the work he was doing, & thoroughly explained everything he did afterward. Extremely happy with Robert and D&F Plumbing, just wished we had called them sooner instead of trying to solve the problem with budget plumbers.
