Made mistake of using D&F for a mini-split. Installer was nice enough but lied about having installed units in my condo complex, which requires installer to not put holes in the siding.
He also put in a model (found out it was over a year old as well--what a scam) that drew too many amps for the breaker box, which any competent instalker would know. He also completely botched the install causing $2k of damage to the siding.
Company refused to fix and incredibly blamed me for listening and trusting their advice.
I challenged the charge with my bank based on all the lies (aka fraud) from the instalker and service agent BL; D&F did not dispute anything and i got a refund. I ended up paying $5500 to other contractors to fix the siding and have it installed properly.
Then a month later I get harassed by a debt collection agent threatening to ruin my credit over the "unpaid" bill. D&F had never contacted me (phone, email or text) and had not returned my calls and texts to the installer. They never sent a single invoice but instead sold it off to a collection company. I am now working with the police on filing criminal charges based on their fraud.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with the literally hundreds of conttactors I have hired. Unethical, completeky unaccountable and more than willing to lie, lie, lie. Stay away from D&F!

Everything about our experience working with D&F Plumbing was exceptional. From the quick text response to my online request and courteous and informative call with Anne, I was so glad I contacted a locally owned company. Shawn let us know exactly when he would arrive and was very professional and provided great service. He was even super nice to our dogs. Our unpleasant plumbing issue was made so much easier with such great care and excellent service from everyone at D&F.

I was completely and absolutely impressed with D&F Plumbing from the second I placed the call. The receptionist (real person! Not AI!) was charming, friendly, and personable. She felt like an old friend. My technician Nathan was confronted with a complicated situation only an old house can give and he handled it professionally and thoughtfully. He even agreed to look at a few other plumbing puzzles while he was here; he was so very helpful. He came back the very next day (!!) and completed the job in a few hours. I was honestly amazed. Well done to everyone at this company.

Manuel came to my house today to do some air conditioning work. First of all, Manuel was dressed like a professional and ready to get to work. He work out a solution for my issued and totally explained exactly what he was going to do. He went above and beyond the line of his duty to spent time troubleshooting an issue. D&F is very lucky to have Manuel as one of their heating and cooling experts. Hi highly appreciated his work and the fast service by D&F….Manuel is one very nice person as well. Five Stars for sure.

D&F Plumbing replaced my "Inducer Motor." The overall process was great, from getting an appointment, troubleshooting, ordering the parts, and repair to testing the quality. It was a pleasure working with Manuel Mendez; he explained every step of the process. I would recommend D&F to friends and family.

I called D&F plumbing to fix my kitchen sink. Brad the project manager answered the phone and listened and really took the time with me. I always appreciate talking with a person vs an answering service or robot. Brad sent Nathan out to do the work on my sink. Nathan even came out extra early to make sure I didn’t have to be late to work. Nathan explained everything he was going to do to my kitchen sink and talked me through it. Nathan explained the part that was needed and how the part worked. He even put down tarp to protect my floors. Nathan and Brad the project manager really put a lot of heart, care, and help in working with me to get my kitchen sink safe and working again. A day later and under my sink is still clean and dry! Everything is working great. They are my go to for all my plumbing from now on , worth every cent!

Jason Reid came today to look at my water heater. He was a competent pleasant man who knew what he was doing. He was upfront in his diagnosis of my problem and didn’t try to find other non existent problems. He helped me do a couple things I couldn’t do myself. (Not enough strength or height). I appreciated his willingness to help. I would recommend D and F plumbing. They have been around forever and take care of both Oregon and Washington customers. Jason is a keeper. I’m old enough to be his grandma and it’s my birthday.

Excellent service from Loren and Robert. Appreciated their thorough description of the issue and what the plan of service would be. I have used D&F before and the service was fantastic.
