What Our PREMIUM COMFORT CLUB INCLUDES
With our annual membership priced at just $499.00, you’ll secure not one, but TWO HVAC service call inspections each year. We schedule one inspection in the spring (April/May), so you can prepare your system for the summer heat, and another in the fall (September/October) — perfect for gearing up for winter’s chill.
What the HVAC Inspection Entails
- $499.00 for one time payment covers 2 HVAC Service Call Inspections
- One Inspection in Spring (April/May) and one in the Fall (September/October)
- Inspections are of up to one heat pump/AC outdoor unit and one furnace/air handler indoor unit within one structure
- Inspections do not include actual repairs or replacements
- Any repairs or replacements will come with a 10% discount on all parts and labor
- If there is a system failure Monday through Friday between 7 am to 5 pm during the 12 month membership period, we will provide same day service in addition to the 10% discount on parts and labor
Same-Day HVAC Service
A Huge Benefit! If your system fails when you need it most (between Monday and Friday from 7 am to 5 pm), fear not. Our team will come to your rescue with same-day HVAC service at no additional charge, along with the same 10% discount on parts and labor! Because let’s be honest — there’s nothing worse than a sweltering summer day or chilly winter evening spoiled by a malfunctioning HVAC system.
Automatic Renewal
Now, a quick note about our Premium Comfort Club: it will automatically renew each year. This means you won’t have to worry about forgetting to sign up again! However, we do require advanced notice if you decide to cancel. Consider it our way of ensuring customers stay satisfied and do not lose out on a year of hassle-free comfort.
