Matt joined the D&F Plumbing team in 2007 and is currently in the role of Financial and Human Resource Manager. Upon college graduation, he was hired as an Internal Auditor for a fortune 100 company. From there he decided to make a change and headed out west to the Portland Metropolitan area in 1993.
As the Dispatch Manager, Randy has grown his career for more than ten years with this company. He is responsible for handling most incoming calls, booking service, dispatching staff and managing most of the invoicing. He works closely with management and staff to ensure that all clients (both residential and commercial) receive the highest levels of customer service possible.
As a third generation owner of D&F Plumbing, Sandi and her family have built lasting relationships with a number of clients in what is often looked at as a challenging, ever-changing business and has developed strong business practices that leave a positive, lasting impression not only by her, but her entire staff.
A 26-year veteran of the plumbing industry, Vince began his career in California in 1985. His first eleven years were spent working for a couple of plumbing contractors in Long Beach, CA before he made the decision to move to the Pacific Northwest and reside in the Portland/Vancouver areas.
