If I could give D&F Plumbing 10 stars I would! What unbelievable service. I needed a backflow installed in a sprinkler system ASAP.When I called in I expected to get a call center or some other kind of runaround.Instead Danielle answered the phone,listened to my problem and said these magic words "We can have someone out there today .He will give you an estimate and if you approve it he will have everything on the truck to complete the job."
A short time later I got a text confirming my appointment and introducing me to Nathan the plumbing pro that would be solving my problem. They even set me up with a tracker so that I would know when Nathan was going to arrive. Nathan could not have been nicer, more helpful or more professional. He quickly accessed the situation , provided a reasonable estimate and got to work.I am very satisified with his work and with D & F Plumbing. If you need a plumber call D & F Plumbing first !
Maybe you will get Nathan . I give everyone there TEN STARS.

Called on Sunday, was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. They kept me up to date with what time they would arrive. Quickly assessed that we needed a new hot water heater (which we already knew) They had a new one delivered and installed and just a matter of a few hours. Nathan was professional, cleaned up the space afterward and was easy to work with. Thanks for the great service!

I called D&F plumbing to fix my kitchen sink. Brad the project manager answered the phone and listened and really took the time with me. I always appreciate talking with a person vs an answering service or robot. Brad sent Nathan out to do the work on my sink. Nathan even came out extra early to make sure I didn’t have to be late to work. Nathan explained everything he was going to do to my kitchen sink and talked me through it. Nathan explained the part that was needed and how the part worked. He even put down tarp to protect my floors. Nathan and Brad the project manager really put a lot of heart, care, and help in working with me to get my kitchen sink safe and working again. A day later and under my sink is still clean and dry! Everything is working great. They are my go to for all my plumbing from now on , worth every cent!

Jason Reid came today to look at my water heater. He was a competent pleasant man who knew what he was doing. He was upfront in his diagnosis of my problem and didn’t try to find other non existent problems. He helped me do a couple things I couldn’t do myself. (Not enough strength or height). I appreciated his willingness to help. I would recommend D and F plumbing. They have been around forever and take care of both Oregon and Washington customers. Jason is a keeper. I’m old enough to be his grandma and it’s my birthday.

This was a very difficult replacement of a water line leading from my 1st floor ice maker to the basement water source. The line had to pass through a supporting floor joist and lath and plater walls. To access the line, Ozzie had to pull out our massive Sub Zero fridge/freezer. It took 6 hours and lots of ingenuity, but he did it and never complained.

We're very happy with our service from D&F. The dispatchers were responsive, helpful and kept us informed, both of our service technicians were informative and professional, and technician Robert picked up and replaced the defective water heater part and flushed the tank first thing this morning so we have hot water again. Great service!

Very helpful and efficient intake, estimate, approval and repair. The plan varied a bit on available supplies but hoping for long lasting solution

Ozzie was polite, friendly and explained a d and answered questions. Busy am lead to late arrival but I was informed each step and ultimately entire project took less than 3 hours
