This was a very difficult replacement of a water line leading from my 1st floor ice maker to the basement water source. The line had to pass through a supporting floor joist and lath and plater walls. To access the line, Ozzie had to pull out our massive Sub Zero fridge/freezer. It took 6 hours and lots of ingenuity, but he did it and never complained.

We're very happy with our service from D&F. The dispatchers were responsive, helpful and kept us informed, both of our service technicians were informative and professional, and technician Robert picked up and replaced the defective water heater part and flushed the tank first thing this morning so we have hot water again. Great service!

Very helpful and efficient intake, estimate, approval and repair. The plan varied a bit on available supplies but hoping for long lasting solution

Ozzie was polite, friendly and explained a d and answered questions. Busy am lead to late arrival but I was informed each step and ultimately entire project took less than 3 hours

Riley did a great job clearing our clogged kitchen sink drain. And he is a nice guy and helped us out. Thanks to his manager, too. Also, both of the people I talked to in Customer Service were so pleasant to talk to - Danielle & Jasmine! Fortunate to have had D&F send someone to fix a broken, severely leaky faucet within hours of requesting an appointment online (which was really easy). The person on the phone and the technician were both really nice and helpful. Price was a little steep, but glad to have a new faucet, shut-offs, new pipes to replace old galvanized ones…and no more annoying drippy kitchen faucet!

D & F Plumbing came out in short notice and resolved our water heater problem in time for our closing.

My shower handle broke and I was unsure of the repair. D&F was the only company to respond. Eddy showed up this morning and walked me through the project and told me possible issues in advance which he encountered plus others. When finished he checked a few other things in my home and alerted me to another possible issue. I'm awaiting his quote on that repair. Courteous, clean helpful.
