We're very happy with our service from D&F. The dispatchers were responsive, helpful and kept us informed, both of our service technicians were informative and professional, and technician Robert picked up and replaced the defective water heater part and flushed the tank first thing this morning so we have hot water again. Great service!

Very helpful and efficient intake, estimate, approval and repair. The plan varied a bit on available supplies but hoping for long lasting solution

Ozzie was polite, friendly and explained a d and answered questions. Busy am lead to late arrival but I was informed each step and ultimately entire project took less than 3 hours

Riley did a great job clearing our clogged kitchen sink drain. And he is a nice guy and helped us out. Thanks to his manager, too. Also, both of the people I talked to in Customer Service were so pleasant to talk to - Danielle & Jasmine! Fortunate to have had D&F send someone to fix a broken, severely leaky faucet within hours of requesting an appointment online (which was really easy). The person on the phone and the technician were both really nice and helpful. Price was a little steep, but glad to have a new faucet, shut-offs, new pipes to replace old galvanized ones…and no more annoying drippy kitchen faucet!

D & F Plumbing came out in short notice and resolved our water heater problem in time for our closing.

My shower handle broke and I was unsure of the repair. D&F was the only company to respond. Eddy showed up this morning and walked me through the project and told me possible issues in advance which he encountered plus others. When finished he checked a few other things in my home and alerted me to another possible issue. I'm awaiting his quote on that repair. Courteous, clean helpful.

I've found my "go to" plumber in West Linn. One call, a quick conversation and the next day Matthew was at my home completing the task and the suggesting other fixes that I could consider. No hard sell just information and a bid that I could take or leave (I took it because it made absolute sense). Everything about this experience was great. When there's need, I'll definitely use them again.

Phil from D&H plumbing provided a thoughtful and informative evaluation of our fireplace gas leak. He outlined all the options, explained the pros and cons of different services, and ultimately helped us choose the best option for us. Given his level of expertise during the evaluation, we requested he be technician in charge of this project!

This company is impressive....from those I talked to on the phone for process info and scheduling, to the technician who came to the house and explained everything that would be done (and successfully resolved the rain drain clog)....all were pleasant, knowledgeable and the technician was extremely efficient. I will definitely call this company again if another plumbing problem occurs.
